Eating in the Middle (Review)

Eating in the Middle
Author: Andie Mitchell
Genre: Cooking
My Rating: 10 out of 10
Blogging for Books

Eating in the Middle by Andie Mitchell is the most amazing cookbook that I own to date. I thought that the cover could have portrayed more of the food aspect and I wasn't that keen on the cover but the moment you crack it.....its like a world of beautiful photograohy and mouthwatering food. The photography in this book is out of this world. It is so inviting and I just want to cook every thing I see RIGHT NOW!!

The cookbook is broken up into Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner sections, and of course Dessert, with snippets of Andie Mitchell's story of how she got on this journey. It was inspiring to read her story and then go on to read all about her favorite recipes.
I DEFINITELY recommend this recipe. Its not EXTREME healthy but its not junk food. Its comfortable home cooked meals. Its eating in the middle.
I received this book for free from Blogging for books in exchange for my honest review.
